1. Who we are

Snelboek ("we", "our", "us") is operated from Lelystad, Netherlands. We provide AI-powered invoice data extraction services for bookkeeping firms. For questions, contact us at support@informer-extractor.nl.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: Your email address and hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Invoice PDFs: PDFs you upload for processing. These are automatically and permanently deleted 24 hours after upload.
• Extracted data: The structured invoice data extracted by AI (supplier names, amounts, dates, etc.) stored in Excel files for download.
• Usage data: How many invoices you've processed per month, for billing purposes.
• License key: The key you used to activate your account.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the invoice extraction service.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To enforce plan limits and billing.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your invoice data for AI training.

4. Data retention

Invoice PDFs are deleted 24 hours after upload. Extracted Excel files are kept until you delete your account. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

5. Third-party processors

Invoice PDFs are sent to Anthropic (USA) for AI processing. Anthropic does not retain your data beyond what is necessary to process the request. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account in Account Settings, which immediately removes all your data. For additional requests, contact support@informer-extractor.nl.

7. Security

We use modern password hashing (Argon2) and session-based authentication. Invoice PDFs are stored securely and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
