By creating an account and using Snelboek, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Snelboek is a web-based service that uses AI to extract data from PDF invoices and produce Excel files formatted for use with the Snelboek Filler desktop application. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee 100% extraction accuracy.
You agree not to:
Subscription plans are billed monthly. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Your invoice PDFs are deleted 24 hours after upload. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
Snelboek is not liable for errors in extracted invoice data. You are responsible for reviewing the Excel output before submitting data to Informer. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
You may cancel your account at any time in Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lelystad, Netherlands.
